The Report is here. Its title is stark: The Doha Round: Setting a Deadline; Defining a Final Deal. Aside from the fact that the report urges a "realish" deadline of the end of this year, the most striking thing for me was the magnitude of gains from concluding the round that appear to be assumed. Another striking thing was the authorship--I have heard of only a few of the members of the group. Finally, I suppose the emphasis on the "rule of trade law" is always a bit surprising to me. Perhaps a more careful read will reveal other points of note.
