Googling this phrase, I see that he is not the first, but in my naivete I find this shockingly uncivil coming from someone who actually has held responsibility, not to mention the scurrilous innuendo regarding Obama's American-ness.
Yes, I understand that this is not central to our topic, that this is not new for Bolton, and that it is more political than our usual commentary.
