Call for Papers: 2026 ILA-ASIL EastMed-MENA Research Forum

The 2026 ILA-ASIL EastMed-MENA Research Forum, organized by the International Law Association - Hellenic Branch and the American Society of International Law, invites paper proposals for its meeting on 9–10 July 2026 in Athens, Greece. The 2026 edition of the ILA-ASIL EastMed-MENA Research Forum benefits from the support and will be held under the auspices of the WTO Chair at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, the iCourts Centre of the University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet), and ASIL’s International Law and Technology Interest Group (ILTechIG). The 2026 Forum will examine how international and comparative law can promote sustainable trade, investment, and economic and financial integration across the Eastern Mediterranean and MENA regions. Abstracts (300-500 words) focusing on legal and policy issues relevant to the Forum’s theme, including topics such as new economic corridors, energy transition, digital governance, and emerging adjudicative hubs, should be sent by 10 February 2026 to contact@ilahellenic.gr.
