Srikar Mysore Sridhar has organized a webinar on the Appellate Body crisis at Harvard's Kennedy School tomorrow (November 19, 2021 at 10 am EST (4 pm Geneva Time, 8.30 pm IST)). Cherise Valles will be moderating, and Peter Van Den Bossche, Joost Pauwelyn and I will be discussing. I don't expect we will fully resolve the crisis at the webinar, but hopefully it will be a good discussion nonetheless!
