In the comments section of my blog post earlier this week, Tom Graham commented as follows:
My statement as reported by Bloomberg was not inadvertent. It expressed my position accurately: "I have not yet decided [whether I will stay after December 10], and I am watching developments." No one, including persons on the AB staff or WTO Secretariat, is authorized to speak for me on this or to speculate about what I may have meant. Specifically, regarding the post above, my statement did not mean I was "undecided on how to approach cases after the expiration of" my term.
