Trade, Law & Development Symposium on WTO Dispute Settlement

The journal Trade, Law and Development recently published its Special Issue on Dispute Settlement at the WTO (available here). I'm going to work with them to conduct an online symposium here on this blog.

Here's how it's going to work.  The symposium will comprise sets of 1 Moderator, 1 Reviewer, and the Author(s) themselves, for each of the articles. Each Moderator will introduce the assigned article, provide a short summary (approx. 500 words) and introduce the Author(s) and the Reviewer.

Following the introduction by the Moderator, the Reviewer who is assigned to review that article will hand in their comments (approx. 1000 words). After a period of one week, the Author(s) can give their reply to the comments of the Reviewer (approx. 1000 words).

For the sake of administrative simplicity, I'll be doing all of the actual posting myself.  However, I will indicate in the post who is the writer of the post (moderator, reviewer, or author).  Hopefully this will all go smoothly and be clear to everyone!

There are five articles, and this will all take place over the next five weeks.

As always, feel free to comment on the posts.
