White & Case LLP is seeking to hire an experienced WTO lawyer for the Geneva office of the Firm.White & Case has one of the leading WTO practices in the world. Our WTO practice is broad, covering a wide range of WTO disciplines. We are active in WTO dispute settlement proceedings, in addition to advisory work on WTO issues for corporate and sovereign clients. We also advise on trade and environment issues and the negotiation of new WTO and FTA obligations. We have particular expertise in WTO energy law issues.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5-6 years of practical experience in WTO law (preferably in WTO dispute settlement), whether at a law firm, as a delegate to the WTO, or as a lawyer in the WTO Secretariat. Candidates must be fluent in English and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
