The Doha Round's Revenge?: The Return of WTO Litigations

Brazil decided to sue the U.S. in the WTO for the latter’s alleged illegal farm subsidies as well as import tariffs on the Brazilian ethanol (54 cents per gallon). See Financial Times, Aug 3, 2008, Brazil to dispute US subsidies.
