Speaking of NAFTA, as we were yesterday, the Acting U.S. Secretary of Agriculture says that it could be "unraveling," as the U.S. and Mexico want to attach a sugar "side agreement" to the new U.S. farm bill, limiting Mexican exports of sugar to the U.S. The Secretary says this could result in "Mexico demanding restrictions on U.S. exports of pork, poultry and other commodities."
