As readers can probably tell, I'm using this blog to track all the WTO disputes for which there have been agreed procedures between the parties for using the Multi-Party Interim Appeal Arbitration Arrangement (MPIA). See this link for the whole list (along with other developments in this area). There is now a seventh dispute, China - Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty Measures on Wine from Australia (DS602), which is the third one involving China. The agreed procedures in the case are here. The panel was established on October 26, 2021, and has not yet been composed, so it could be a while until it is ready to be appealed.
