Two WTO complaints against Chinese AD/CVD measures seem to be going forward, as both the U.S. and EU have filed panel requests:

Along with the (DS414) China - Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties on Grain Oriented Flat-Rolled Electrical Steel from the United States case already underway, is this a new trend in WTO dispute settlement? Will other countries start bringing complaints as well?
