Prof. Jose Alvarez, President of the American Society of International Law, has posted an incisive presidential column celebrating the new (at least relative) inclusiveness and transparency of international legal discourse afforded by the access of academics and practitioners (and usually, everybody else) to the internet with its blogs. He notes this blog as one of the specimens of the new visibility. In international economic law, this is nothing short of a slow revolution, and it is good to see that Worldtradelaw.net is counted as one of its catalyzers.
