It is a pleasure to welcome two more colleagues to the blog. Andrew Guzman, professor at Boalt Hall School of Law, is an astute commentator on international regulatory issues, public international law, and international trade law. In addition to his legal credentials, he holds a doctorate in economics. Junji Nakagawa is professor at University of Tokyo, and is a leading Japanese expert on trade law, with special reference to international regulatory issues, anti-dumping and development. (Prof. Nakagawa is visiting at Fletcher this year.) I look forward very much to contributions from Andrew and Junji.
